Biostatistics scientist (Senior / Junior)

As a senior biostatistics scientist, you are actively collaborating with the clinical, R&D or data science departments of our customers. You will be designing and implementing statistical analysis plans for diverse applications in the life sciences. You are able to delegate tasks and provide guidance to your junior colleagues. Advanced statistical methods and experimental design are familiar to you, and you are comfortable working in a clinical setting. You play an important role in functioning as the point of contact to our customers and our large and diverse network of private partners and academic specialists, where you will get the opportunity to grow and flourish in the booming international life science ecosystem. Job requirements : - PhD in biostatistics, mathematics, data science or equivalent - 2 years postdoctoral experience, either academic or industry - Expertise in advanced biostatistics is a must - Experience with clinical trials research is desirable - Proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python,...) is a must - Experience in data science, AI or data mining of scientific or healthcare data is a plus - Software development skills are considered an advantage - Willing and able to learn and implement new technologies - Knowledge or background in life-sciences is considered an advantage - Fluent in English, with good communication skills - Location: preferably Belgium, but this is not a must Interested?
