Together, we have rolled out a young talent program for a role as field application specialist, core lab (FAS core lab). What is a core lab? A core lab or medical laboratory or clinical laboratory is a laboratory where tests are carried out on clinical specimens to obtain information about the health of patient to aid in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. In this young talent program, you will start as consultant at MindCapture and get the opportunity to get trained in a role as FAS core lab by providing application support at our partner’s side. A buddy system will come into place, not only at the partner’s side but as well at MindCapture. As this is a learning program, you will not be alone but you will be supported by not one but two companies. You will get the chance to learn how the industry and how companies work, get in touch with clients (labs/hospitals), discover new environments each day, work on your language skills by providing technical/scientific application support in point of care testing.
