As a Project Manager, you are the point of contact for the ongoing customer projects and always looking for the best method to deliver the project. You communicate with customers and colleagues about the latest status and contribute to a good project process. You are the person who is seen as an important link for the services and products provided. You take responsibility and are task-conscious in performing the job and always looking for improvements. As a Project Manager you work in a structured way and you are communicative, a real team player. You are the link in the customer projects and always looking for the best method to deliver the project. You are not unfamiliar with project management techniques such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile and/or Scrum. - Bachelor or Master Degree - At least 5 years of experience in a project management role - A solid background in the world of clinical laboratories - Laboratory information systems (LIS) or laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK) is a strong asset - Healthcare communication standards such as HL7, ASTM, IHE, etc. - Operating systems, networks, virtualization - French/English/Dutch
